M. O. I. Abbas- Managing Director

Mrs. Abbas started her career in uacn plc as the Internal Check Manager of Bordpark Premier Packaging a Division of UACN. She subsequently became Financial Accountant and later Management Accountant of this Division. In 1994, she proceeded to Tractor & Equipment as the Management Accountant, a position she held until 1996, when she was appointed Commercial Director Bordpak Premier.
Further she served as the Commercial Director of GBO/MDS/Textile Divisions of uacn plc. In August 2000, she was appointed the Commercial Director, UAC Foods. In March 2003, she was appointed Finance Director/Company Secretary of Chemical and Allied Products Plc. Two years later, she was appointed Group Treasurer uacn plc; a position she held until her recent appointment as Managing Director, unico cpfa ltd.
She has attended numerous courses both locally and internationally including Ashridge Strategic Management Centre, Business School International, Netherlands, Allstair Shaw and Associates, UK; Coopers and Lybrand, and Lagos Business School.
She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an alumnus of the University of Lagos.

Adekomaiya Taiwo Misbaudeen - Investment Manager

He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of Olabisi Onabanjo University. He started his working career as an auditor in the Group Audit Department of uac in August 2006, and became the Investment Manager of Unico CPFA in July 2008.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAN) and as attended several management courses.

Motunrayo Giwa -Accountant

She is a graduate of the Yaba College of Technology and also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She started her career with BDO Oyediran Faleyo Oke & Co. , a firm of Chartered Accountants.
She joined UAC of Nigeria Plc in 2004 as an Auditor, and was later transfered to Group Treasury where she served as the Banking Relations Manager. She was transferred to unico cpfa ltd as Investment Manager in 2006, and in June 2008, became the Accountant, Unico CPFA.

W.S. Sidi – Compliance Manager

A graduate of Geography and Planning, University of Jos . He started his career in uacn plc in 2004, as a Commercial Trainee. He was transferred to Group Audit Department where he worked as an Auditor for 2 years.In January 2007, he was appointed Compliance Manager, unico cpfa limited.

Sidi has attended different courses including Business Management Course, Project Management Course, Leadership in Modern Business, Audit Command Language.

Elue Michael– Information Technology Manager

Michael is a graduate of Computer Science from University of Benin. He started his career with uac of Nigeria Plc in April 2007, as a Management Trainee and was posted to UNICO CPFA Limited June 2008. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Network/Systems Manager, Group Information Technology.

Michael is ITIL Certified and has attended several IT Professional and Management courses.
